These Bloom’s fiction reading response activities with critical thinking are perfect for ANY fiction book. They go beyond just your average question and increase the rigor by engaging students and giving them a choice.

These Bloom’s reading response activities are based on Bloom’s Taxonomy. Students can choose how they respond after reading a book, story, or even reading passage. The higher the level, the more points the question is worth.

Remembering level questions are worth 1 point.
Understanding level questions are worth 5 points.
Applying level questions are worth 10 points.
Analyzing level questions are worth 20 points.
Evaluating level questions are worth 25 points.
Creating level questions are worth 30 points.
